My work is for the givers, the caretakers; those of us who often put the needs of others above our own, whether by profession or practice.
My intention is to hold space for clients to explore their heart's desire and inner wisdom and emerge with greater freedom, vitality, and balance.
My role as a holistic nurse coach allows me to help folks navigate the waters between where they are now and where they'd like to be on their individualized healing journey.
